Kenyan CHAI Tea
A staple in most East African households, chai tea is served to house guests along with mandazi.

Brew 1 tsp per 8 oz in warm water. Steep for 5 to 8 minutes.
Sip and enjoy!
For a cold brew, double the ratio to size (i.e., 2 tsp per 8 oz). Store in the fridge for a few hours and enjoy.
